The rooms were ideal and new-fashioned, they come with a shower in the bath and the bath, as example. The location turned out to be particularly good and absolutely perfect, very close to hiking, tourist attractions and restaurants/entertainment/shopping and the Ludwigstrasse and restaurants in Partenkirchen.

Reasonably large small hotel with a good location and modern rooms. Location just next door to hiking, tourist attractions and restaurants/entertainment/shopping, local shops and bus transportation, and the Garmisch city center. A NICE stay specially in the winter time.

Excellent staff here at the reception desk. Its location is beautiful and lovely just next door to restaurants in Partenkirchen, the tourist attraction and super market. And it's by Partnach.

great stay in gm-pk; mercure exceeded expectations! perfect hotel location, close to bus stop, markets, restaurants. nice rooms and friendly staff. loved the option of grabbing coffee and pastries from grocery store/bakery next door. great for nightly strolls, not far from downtown. quiet and affordable.

We have been to this hotel several times and find it very welcoming.

In this day and age having to pay for Internet access is not acceptable. This spoiled what was an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had anywhere, and the staff was friendly and helpful, so it was a great getaway destination hotel.

The room was quite small for the price charged, but we got a good price on internet for it so it was tolerable.

This hotel was a perfect choice for our ski trip. The location was ideal, with easy access to the slopes and a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, from the receptionist who assisted us with late check out to the polite and friendly young lady at check out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great facilities and attention to detail. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with a good variety of options to choose from. this hotel provided excellent value for money and made our stay truly enjoyable.

No improvements needed, everything was just right.

Local information was lacking at front desk on arrival, at least providing direction to tourist bureau could have been volunteered instead of a "don't know" response. Also b&w photocopy maps could be in colour as available free in tourist bureau (incl. Maps showing walking tracks).

The Hotel Reseption staff are helpfull specially MIKY he is vey nice guy what ever you need they show you on printed map also the large parking yard ,it's near to a very nice Indian restorant

the internet is for charge ,little bit far from Garmisch centre

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was excellent, right near the bustling pedestrian zone in Partenkirchen. It was perfect for us, especially since we were interested in skiing and the hotel was conveniently located for that. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and daily housekeeping ensuring that all of our needs were met. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had. We also appreciated the little touches, like the welcome drink upon arrival and the tours/ticket assistance provided at the reception desk.

I recently had a lovely stay at a hotel in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. the location was perfect, right by Ludwigstr. and within walking distance to the high street. It was also conveniently located for skiing, which was a definite plus. Secondly, the staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with great facilities and a really beautiful view. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

Very loud drilling (Bohrarbeiten) at 9 am. Complaints did not succeed. Expensive breakfast at 18 Euros per person (we did not try it)

Staff very helpful, the breakfast was amazing. The hotel was spotless, great location for walking into Partenkirchen, Hotel provides free tickats for bus ride into Garmish. Great location for the ski jump and ski areas in Garmish.We will use again next year for the skiing and intend to return in the summer for the hikiing.
